So far I'm planning 8 different sorts of biscuits - shockingly modest, coming from me, I know, but I don't really have that much time, with several craft projects going on at the same time, plus picowrimo being in session. So, I've baked the last batch of Easter biscuits today: bunny heads of a dough made with quark and oil instead of butter/margarine. They turned out very yummy, but they became much more chubby than expected, even though I used less baking powder than the recipe asked for.
